| Kristin Ebbeson President Valuation Group Vice President of the Appraisal and Valuation Group, Ms. Ebbeson joined Aviation Management Systems in June of 1997. She is currently certified by the American Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Senior Appraiser for Machinery and Technical Specialties - Aircraft. She is a graduate of the College for Lifelong Learning of the University System of New Hampshire and brings a number of diverse and valuable talents to the AMS consulting team. Ms. Ebbeson is directly responsible for performing all aircraft appraisals, as well as market analyses and residual value projections for business aircraft. She has appraised more than 700 aircraft and/or aviation related assets with a total appraised value of nearly five billion dollars. In addition, she has generated more than 200 residual or future value projections, and has been instrumental in researching and writing aircraft market analyses. In 1987, Ms. Ebbeson entered the business aviation realm when she first joined Aviation Management Systems, Inc. During her year tenure at AMS, she managed the daily office operations and coordinated all support activities related to the company’s aircraft management activities. She played a key role during the initial development of the company, which included the identification and development of AMS’ client base, along with database development and technical support. In addition to her management experience, Ms. Ebbeson is versed in dispatch and preparing cost and flight time quotations for charter jets. Also, she has been involved with writing standard operation procedure manuals in accordance with FAA regulations for commercial and jet charter operations. Ms. Ebbeson’s unique background, extensive experience, and proven track record in appraisals, operations, and management are demonstrated in the quality of AMS’s appraisal products.
