Lee brings over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution and corporate business development to AMS where he advises aviation-related clients on a wide range of financial, operational and strategic planning matters.

Prior to joining Aviation Management Systems, Lee was a co-founder of Londavia, Inc., (now AmSafe Logistics & Support) a multi-national distribution company servicing the commercial aviation industry with offices in the United States and United Kingdom.

During his 13 years as a principle of Londavia, Lee established financial relationships with several major banking institutions including Bank of America, State Street Bank, USTrust and Banknorth Group. Lee was responsible for all financial, accounting, budget, operational, and global business development activities. He oversaw the land lease negotiations, financing, planning and construction of a new office and warehouse facility located on Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

In 2001 Londavia was acquired by AmSafe, Inc., a member of the Marmon Group of companies and was eventually merged with Britannic Aviation (now AmSafe Logistics & Support). Lee supervised the integration of the two companies and was responsible for establishing and maintaining the financial and managerial reporting systems with the new management group. Additionally, he was responsible for all customer and vendor contract review and management, along with identifying and establishing new business opportunities.

Lee holds a MBA and BA in Economics from the Whittemore School of Business & Economics, University of New Hampshire. >>Back
